ROW News
May 11, 2009 - On May 8, 2009 the Public Utility Commission issued an Order adopting new CPI-Adjusted City-Preferred Right-of-Way Rates for 2009. The rates must be implemented no later than July 1, 2009. A copy of the Order may be found under Project 24640 (item 170). A copy of the Order and an XLS spreadsheet identifying all of the new rates for 2009 will be posted to the Municipal Right-of Way page on the PUC web site no later than May 26, 2009. Any questions on this matter may be directed to the Commission staff.
February 19, 2009 - An administrative Order has been issued by the TPUC deleting the Village of Pernitas Point from the Municipal Access Line Reporting System (see Project No. 24640, item 167).
August 4, 2008 - The City of Austin has annexed several areas during the first half of 2008 (see Project No. 24640, Item 161). All CTPs doing business in the City of Austin need to be aware of these changes and the effective dates of the annexations.
June 17, 2008 - An administrative Order has been issued by the TPUC deleting the City of Sunset from the Municipal Access Line Reporting System (see Project No. 24640, item 160).
May 22, 2008 - The City of Roanoke and the Town of Marshall Creek have been consolidated into one city (Roanoke). Marshall Creek no longer exists as an incorporated city.
May 19, 2008 - The City of Orange has annexed several areas of its city since the beginning of 2008 (Project No. 24640, Item 152 and 156). All CTPs doing business in the City of Orange need to be aware of these changes.
