The proposed amendment modifies the commission procedural rule relating to the notice in electric licensing proceedings and the application form associated with applications for certificates of convenience and necessity for transmission lines under the substantive rules. This change is in response to an identified need to notify the U.S. Department of Defense of such proceedings.
