Rulemaking Relating to Notice in Electric Licensing Proceedings

Summary

The proposed amendment modifies the commission procedural rule relating to the notice in electric licensing proceedings and the application form associated with applications for certificates of convenience and necessity for transmission lines under the substantive rules.
