The Texas Administrative Code (TAC) is a compilation of all state agency rules in Texas. The Public Utility Commission (PUCT) rules are under Texas Administrative Code, Title 16, Part II.

Chapter 27
Administrative Rules

Commission rules for administrative services. This chapter governs the Commission's historically underutilized business program for state purchases, and procedures for negotiation and mediation of certain contract disputes.

Chapter 22
Procedural Rules

Commission rules establishing procedures for practice before the PUCT. This chapter governs the initiation, conduct, and determination of proceedings required or permitted by law, including proceedings referred to the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

Chapter 21
Interconnection Agreements for Telecommunications Service Providers

Commission rules establishing procedures for approving interconnection agreements and resolving open issues pursuant to the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 (FTA) §252.

This table includes the most recent changes to any of the Commission's rules in Chapters 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. The Commission's Rule Review Plan is also included.
